Hey Amy my old friend. It's great to hear from you and that you're doing well. I can't believe a year has past already, how fast they go by now at my ripe age of 40. I'm so glad that Tram is a distant thing of the past. I still have some pain as you do, but it's nothing I can't handle. I'm still working out which has helped me a lot, in fact I'm probably in the best shape of my life. Again, I'm glad to hear you're doing great. Let's keep in touch more often....Boe
They're still ringing, not there still ringing. Such poor grammar. Keep in touch Amy, it was great to hear from you.

Hey stranger! It's great to hear from you. I still check in every now and again to see how fred and all the new people are doing. It's amazing how many new posters keep showing up. I'm glad to hear you're doing well...as am I. I am way past the desire for trams also and wouldn't take one if my life depended on it.
My ears started ringing a few years back and I never linked it to tramadol. I saw a specialist about it when it started and he said the trams had nothing to do with it and related it to all the computer equipment I work around...which isn't even that loud. It wasn't until I saw that there were several new posters who were complaining of it that I realized it could have been from the drug. There still ringing though and I haven't had tram since last April.
Just a quick note to say hi! Well done Amy Well done!!
