....if it is an allergic thing, an oral dose of steroids will help u heal....if it is yeast , nystatin powder may help by doing the crusting technique at the irritated areas...like i said..when worse comes to worse..some go on clear liquids and do skin care til the site heals which is usually only a day or 2....can u send me a picture if i giv u my email address?
It is the adhesive probably then...allergic irritation will almost look like an imprint of the shape of the device or substance that is irritating ur skin....r u allergic to all tapers? so the brown part of the wafer//the thick barrier part doesnt bother u? Only the paper part? some wafers are all hydrocolloid//the brown part//with no paper on them...some add a belt ....blow drying the back of the wafer to get it extra sticky can also help
do u thinik u r allergic to the paper part of the wafer/possibly the glue? skin prep can help too to protect ur skin..let it dry tho....also using a convex ring with a regular 2 piece is an option...often a 1-piece will solve it...filling in the cracks with paste is a good idea..then blot it with a damp cloth/has to be damp or it will stick to the cloth...keep me updated...
