Hey girl..sorry Im so late to respond.. Dont let that 1 pill get you too down... but also DONT LET it control you either.. JUST ONE PILL can change you.. (my life in a nutshell).. anyway, Im ok.. Ive tpaered back down to 1.5 per day.. its been hard, but Im adjusting SLOWLY... gonna tpaer more to .5 and then off.. I have someone tapering me cause I could NEVER do it alone.. so thats helpful. hey - that is funny, I know EXACTLY what you mean.. I sometimes read the posts and it can def trigger my cravings.. I think its a balance.. when its effecting you like that, back off a little.. but not too far cause its a good place for support. Glad to hear about all your clean time! Wow... I know how hard it was for you and am just so dam proud that you got through it. You are truly a strong spirit. I sometime thing of us addicts as warriors.. Its so hard.. but we persevere..
