It is stretchmarks. Sounds like you are or were seriously dehydrated. Just because you lost the weight slowly means nothing. The point is you gained weight in a short period of time. When your skin has little elasticity and weight is gained it is trauma to the skin layers which includes small capillaries that break. Drink plenty of water.
It is stretchmarks, just because you lost the weight slowly does not mean anything. your skin stretched for 9 months to accommodate the baby. People who gain weight even ten pounds with in a short time can get stretch marks, sounds like you were dehydrated.
