Read your post from June of this year and having exactly the same
symptoms (burning in and around the tailbone and something causing
hemorrhoidal feeling lesion).
As I'm not yet at the post 8 weeks exposure, still waiting to test.
Dr. gave me Valtrex and it seems to immediately take the burning away. This
despite the fact I can't find anywhere on here where Valtrex takes pain
away, but insted greatly reduces the healing time.
So, all that said, and some praying, may I ask what the final diagnosis
was of what your symptoms were?
The tailbone thing (constant burning while sitting or laying down) is eating
