[More]ar tachycardia. I am now taking beta blockers (Nebivolol 2.5 mg). My high BP and tachycardia are now under control. I am working now on my PVC's. It isn't easy but I am positive.
I hope all is well with you. I have ben doing much better. I went for a stress test yesterday and the results were negative; I am very thankful for that. Now my mind is a bit more comfortable and believe I am on the road to feeling better psychologically.

I'm so glad you made it through! I knew you could do it, my thoughts and prayers were with you today!! I truly believe that God never gives us more than we can handle, throughout my life, whenever I felt like I couldn't take anymore....I knew there was a little bit left in me!
