Thanks for the info. I was wondering if after all those years, did you find any dietary things helped? For example, did caffine, alcohol, wheat, sugar etc. make it worse or better? Did heat or cold? I also tore a muscle working out and am having the same problems. I am seeing a Dr. at Stanford and I think they are starting me on physical Therapy soon. I try every moment of the day to work on my posture and yes, it is tiring! Thanks for any additional info for the questions above.
