Vitamins. B Complex, B 12, Vitamin D (helps the other vitamins break down in your body), and Niacin needs to be introduced slowly, 25mg each day for a couple of weeks and then 50, 75...etc. The Niacin attaches to the metals in your body that are likely the source of a lot of problems...it binds them and pulls them out. You really have to watch what you eat as well. If you could go gluten free, dairy free and avoid foods with a high acid level, you would see a huge difference! Get an alkaline kit to test your alkaline levels, I think you could find an online store that would sell those. It's extremely important to keep the alkaline levels in your body at a balanced level.
