I saw your posts about Hypothyroidism. I have it too. I read the posts from doctors but, they don't tell you anything that solves or helps in your problem. It's one of the most understudied issues in modern countries. The problem is that these so called blood tests are heavily relied on when in fact it only shows your levels in the blood, not that it is being taken in and used by the cells.
I just came across this guy - Dr. Rodger Murphree. You can check out his posts on YouTube for free. He's a real doctor. I am looking into what he is saying and only offer you that. Also, you're not crazy & you are not alone. Most doctor's say cut down your calories, do more exercise; they also think we are lying & that's why they keep saying it They just don't get it and never will.
