Cut yourself some slack. Even seasoned BPers like me slip up. Take each day as it comes and don't look back. It does no good to anyone. Believe me, if I had a dollar for every time I slipped up I would be a rich woman and my children would be perfect (not!). If you need to talk, write me and I will listen. Don't isolate yourself, it makes it worse. If you can, get a therapist to vent to. Take care of yourself.
always nice to see someone new on this forum...bipolar is hell but with the right help it is managable a big part of dealing with the disease is having a stong support system so this is definatly the place to start
You deserve a big bear hug! Don't blame yourself for things you have done before being diagnosed and for many you will do after. The most you can do is read, listen and learn. Luckily there are a lot of great books on BP out now that were not out when I was diagnosed years ago. There are also really good meds out that can help you. Listen to your dr, take your meds and get a good therapist. I am here anytime you want to talk.
