"I am an ovarian cancer survivor with BRCA1 gene and currently have one lymph node with ovarian cancer. I am interested in getting into a PARP trial. What do you know about open trials in the US right now? Thanks."
I saw your post about PARP trials. Please check www.clinicaltrials.gov. Search for topotecan bsi-201. I know that they are offering that trial at 5 or 6 locations. I was on it at Sloan Kettering in New York, NY and know that they are offering it at Yale University in New Haven, CT as well. I think they have a BRCA1 arm for this trial. I do think you have to have measurable disease to qualify, not just a rising CA-125, but am not totally positive about that. Good luck to you.
