I was thinking it was a possibility because you have symptoms of dizziness, insomnia, anxiety, agitation, mood swings, fatigue and headaches. Do you ever feel like you're just gonna lose control, or that you start crying for no reason? or you're anxiety is commonly bad at certain times of the day? I used to think it was just the depression. But after changing my diet (im actually doing a raw diet) ive been feeling more stable than ever in my life. and I have been in and out of psych wards and mental institutions for BPD for 8 years. Its worth looking into.
You might have hypoglycemia too. try cutting sugar, and increase fiber, eat small frequent meals. but plenty of calories. see if that helps.
