In re: Brugada; I'm an otherwise healthy 33 yo male, but several months ago I started having progressive morning palpitations and was definitely anxious. My EKG returned Incomplete RBBB. One morning I awoke with my arm thrashing and chest feeling very odd. I went to the internet, wandered into a description of Brugada, and was terrified that if I went to sleep I would die. Where our stories differ is here: I have access to the Yale medical community. I asked a cardiologist about Brugada, and he said the biggest finding is syncopal episodes in response to temperatures. "You take hot showers?" Yeah. "You ever pass out?" No. "You don't have Brugada." Hope that helps, and good luck.
