About Me: Female, 34, Atlanta, GA, member since Jun 2009
I've been married since 2004 and we have a 6 year old daughter Gia and a son Matthew thats an angel now (11/6/09) and a 16 month old girl, Peri.
Our son Matthew had Bilateral Multicycst Kidneys and he was given no chance of survival, his due date was 3/12/10. We were told that its not genetic and that we will never know why it happened. I know that God makes no mistakes and Matthew becoming an angel was done for a reason we will probably never know. I have learned to appreaticate my husband, daugther and family more.
**1/31/10 got my BFP!! I can't believe I got it so early. I used the Dollar Tree brand and got a faint positive. I was 3week 4 days when I found out. =D Due date is 10/13..7 months and 1 days after Matthew's. Love it!
I've used many types of birth control methods, I tried the patch, pill and Mirena IUD which i loved! So if you have any questions about the Mirena I can try to help you.
So I realized I didn't write anything about my 37th or since I hit 38 weeks.
So my 37th wk appointment went ok. I asked my doctor for leave and she navically laugh...
Gia was born on Sep 27, 2005 at 12:00 AM in Atlanta.
At birth Gia weighed 7.19 lb and was 19.50 in long.
My little Gia was born at 12:45am on a Tuesday September 27th. My water broke the day before around 4pm during Oprah and once I got to the hospital the C-section was scheduled 8 hrs later. Gia was breech and didn’t want to turn around so there was no avoiding a c-section. Just a few days earlier we tired the version where drs and nurses attempted to turn her around. Gia didn’t like that and got mad. lol She was a very easy baby and didn’t cry much. I was able to nurse her exclusively for 5.5 months and with a bottle supplement until she was 1. I quit on her 1st birthday. It was a big relief. LOL
Gia is growing up to be a pretty little girl and currently awaiting the arrival of her little sister Peri.
Matthew was born on Nov 06, 2009 at 09:37 PM in Atlanta.
At birth Matthew weighed 1.62 lb and was 10.00 in long.
My little Matthew had multiple cysts on both kidneys which wasn’t compatible for life. We decided to terminate the pregnancy @ 21wks which was one of the hardest things that we have ever had to do. He looked so perfect and he will always be in my heart.
Peri was born on Oct 06, 2010 at 09:20 AM in Atlanta.
At birth Peri weighed 7.19 lb and was 18.50 in long.
Peri was born on October 6th @ 920am via c-section. So far Peri has been a great baby and I look forward to watching her grow.
Peri is named after my Mother's side of the family. My mom's maiden name is Perry and my Aunt thought it would be cute that one of the girls born would have the name. There is only one Perry boy out of tons of girls.
Peri also means FAIRY in Turkish.
Well Happy Birthday to both girls!! It is an exciting time!! I think that is a good idea for a birthday party. We pretty much celebrated with family. We just bar-b-qued and had a small birthday cake!! It was nice and simple. She had a blast eating her cake!! Well have fun!!
Thanks, but she's just sick! She started with vomitting and a very bad cough. Now she still has the cough and now diarrhea! My poor little girl just doesn't get better. So how's your little one doing? They are just growing aren't they?
