Just a quick note to say hi! Cj671, I have a almost 8yr old daughter with ADHD,ODD, Anxiety, and OCD tendencies. Has been on stimulants for ADHD since 5yrs old. Do medicate your child. You will see your extrtemely bright child flourish and excell in everyday life. He/she will be happier, more confident, and be able to be socially connected to his/her peers. Just a word of advise. Don't waste time wit a pediatrician to medicate your child. Take him/her to a pediactric Neurologist. They have the cutting edge on these medications. I've been there, Ive done it. I live it everyday. Get your child into a therapist, to talk about his/feelings, anger, etc. Good luck to you.
