Just a quick note to say hi! sorry I have not been in contact for a while, but is just goes to show what can happen from a simple test on 1/07/10 went to hospital for an ECG test, by 4:30 pm I was admitted and within 24 hrs diagnosed as needing a coronary by-pass operation, I was not allowed out until the operation was done. as a result I remaind there until 24/07/10 when 5 days after the surgery I was allowed home to recuperate. This has been a serious wake up call for me and I am now trying to sort out various issues as they impact on my life. I hope you are OK and have had some nice breaks away etc. Speak soon Paul
Just a quick note to say hi and to hope you are OK and sorted out the major problem, MEN, I'm one and I cannot understand for the life of me how some of them act, or do some of the hurtful things they do to others, I have seen quite a lot of nasty things in my time and 95% of them were caused by ---- yep you got it MEN!!!!!.
