I'm very pleased to be your friend ~ you look very well on your pics. I'm not going to deny myself too much, but would like to get some of the remaining flab off. It's good to be fit/active, don't like being out of condition ~ who does? Many of the enjoyable things are also fattening, but a little moderation might make some improvements over a longer period. I can step up my exercise programme & then that puts my appetite back where it should be. But have become lazy lately, & don't burn off as much as I once did. Otherwise I'm content with life ~ well, as much as I can be, but it could always be much worse. Best wishes, am sure you'll reach your goal in due course. Try not to worry about it. George
