Just a quick note to say hi! Anxiety's the worst thing to experience ~ certainly the worst thing I've ever faced. Depression's bad, but for me the Anx. is harder to bear, especially the agitated variety. I've struggled with it for c.20 yrs, tried most meds & now am on them for life. Tried CBT & that helped, also another talking therapy : Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Those combined with support received on this site & a fairly rigid routine have enabled me to be happy again. If you can identify what's the cause you'll be cured quicker.I'm lucky in many ways, have got used to the meds. & accept that it's a flaw I must live with & provided I believe that I can be well I am. Positve thougts to be encouraged, negatives rejected. Check what options you have for Psyc/CBT etc.Best wishes.George
