Hi - My diagnosis was exactly like yours and I am 61 years old, stage 1 carcinoma and no node involvement. I was on Arimidex for a whole year and had significant joint and bone pain and difficulty getting to sleep, also was losing hair. I am an avid tennis player and got fed up with all the pain in my body so decided to take a holiday from this and was feeling grand, but I knew that I must go back on, but this time decided to try Femara. I have been on it for just over a week, the bone and joint pain has not started but my sleep quality has taken a hit! Takes me forever to fall asleep, so much so that I am condsidering switiching back to Arimidex. Of course, thinning hair is intolerable too!
Some women do not have sympoms - hope you will be ne of those!
