I'm writing today date in my calendar book. I think it's the first time in my life I was ever called a good influence! I have a t-shirt that says, "I'm the kid your mother warned you to avoid!" LOL! Glad you made a good snack choice; keep it up! :)

Thank you! I sometimes thinking I'm eating too few calories as my weight has slowed. I had a heart procedure and lost 17 pounds in 5 weeks, now I've lost another 11 but it's taken 7 weeks. Exercise would help!!

Well, I did have pizza for lunch and fish for dinner. I try to always include some lettuce no matter what. It's all in the portion control.
I like snacking when I'm home, so I make sure I snack little by little and track it.
When I get back to work I am sure I won't snack too much so I can have a little bigger portion at lunch or dinner.
You know, even when I splurged in the beginning, I counted the calories and that was good to see how much I was eating, sometimes we think we know but we don't.
I learned that green tea helps me. And if I see I am too hungry some days, I take a little hoodia (with no caffeine). But not too much.
