[More]xercise, meds, treatments, activities, and moods to see what trends occur over time. and help determine how to identify and balance all potentially helpful treatments (limit alcohol and DEX, which cause damage to healthy brain), And know that when the depression is here, it is an imbalance that may or may not be helped by drugs or alcohol temporarily, but definitely will worsen the next couple days if turn to drugs /alc. Get angry and use that energy to accomplish something (cleaning, exercising, organizing, shopping, laundry, help SOMEOME ELSE with something, or SPEND TIME with t ose who would enjoy YOUR company.). Remember,-LUL time is dangerous because it leaves your feeling static, life feels meaningless.
