[More]xercise, meds, treatments, activities, and moods to see what trends occur over time. and help determine how to identify and balance all potentially helpful treatments (limit alcohol and DEX, which cause damage to healthy brain), And know that when the depression is here, it is an imbalance that may or may not be helped by drugs or alcohol temporarily, but definitely will worsen the next couple days if turn to drugs /alc. Threfore, the drugs must be used sparingly, and alternative treaments found. The main goal is to get through and find a way to enjoy those down times and feellings. ( You could write a song or journal it, just sit and feel it, and read your thoughts, write them down and coutneract them to fight back some, USW the time you are down to get some things done that you hate, so when you are feeling better, you won't have to deal with them. and also you are already feeling bad anyway right now, so might as weel spare your better times from being warped by the things you least like doing!) Get angry and use that energy to accomplish something (cleaning, exercising, organizing, shopping, laundry, help SOMEOME ELSE with something, or SPEND TIME with t ose who would enjoy YOUR company.). Remember,-LUL time is dangerous because it leaves your feeling static, life feels meaningless.
