I am very sorry to hear this.Well, i slept better in the last 6 days with an average of 6 hours(there were a couple of days with 6.5 and nearly 7). What is keeping me awake is my concern about it, as soon as you realize that i think it will be easier. It is all in our head really.I think you don't have a FFI, however you should definetly consult your doctor, as i believe that your stomach and gastritis problems are causing your insomnia, not insomnia causing them.I didn't have any side effects of my insomnia except a little headaches.Last night i got a little less sleep though something less than 6 hours, i fell asleep pretty much quickly but woke up early in the morning without a specific reason (i didn't feel tired).
Can you describe what else do you feel, and how long does it last?
