The James Gang......Obviously not Frank & Jesse, lol. Actually, I'm familiar with the name because I know that Joe Walsh was with them before he joined The Eagles. But, I can't name a song they did. OK, you get to go again.
LOL, yes they are! Btw, Ambrosia had a really good sound. One song,'That's How Much I Feel', was exceptional. If you don't remember it, U-tube it and give it a listen...Stray Cats......Rock This Town Tommy Tutone
well at this time of year I love the Messiah; the Halleluja Chorus ..Handel ..course coming form England I would watch the proms on TV each year and a favorite that is well known is Elgar's Pomp and Circumstance march ..
Well he is a Jazz violinist from right here in Allentown, PA, he lives now in Brazil...the reason I mention him is bcuz when DD was very small I met him and let him borrow my Scarlet Rivera records....(I know lol) ne way his newer music has the same flavor which I like to think he got bcuz of me : )
I met him just b4 he did his first CD which was dedicated to his mother who had passed away....but his CD he did after our meeting has gypsy violins and the Albums of Scarlets were very Gypsy inspired....
Oh and I have his first violin and he signed it....
CLUE for next one - played backup on Scarlets albums but has his own career.....using a little black magic of course....
OK, I got Santana right. I knew him better in the rock 'n roll genre'. Name this man...from Oklahoma, accomplished actor, singer, songwriter (wrote a song recorded by '3 Dog Night' that stayed #1 for 6 weeks in the early 1970's.
Hey, I've got this one. Chevy Chase is Clark and the movie is 'Christmas Vacation'. Thanks for giving us an easy one, lol. OK, my turn......................1960's movie: "I believe one should fight for what one believes; provided one is absolutely sure one is absolutely right".
...Ha Ha, no. Good guess, though. Hints: What movie was a young boy upset because his dad wouldn't play football for the Methodists. His younger sisters' name was Jean Louise but she was called by a nickname. The above description was made by the boy about a neighbor.
Smiles. OK, more hints: I;ve spent my whole life around men who push, shout, and shove and think they can get anything just by being aggressive. I'm not anxious to have another one around.............Put them things down Miss Clara cause I' gonna kiss you. I'll show you how simple it is. You please me and I'll please you.
Oh, the movie was Marie Poppins? That was a good movie. Julie Andrews and **** Van Dyke. The Sound of Music was also a wonderful movie. I made sure my kids watched it when they were growing up and they loved it. We must have learned just about every song from The Sound of Music for choir :-).................OK, who's next?
