13 year old behavior

Hi, my boyfriends 13 year old urinates in her room,  on the floor, in objects. She steals, lies, dresses proactive, is hyper, and now is going through boyfriends like crazy. She's with us every other weekend. I don't know what to do. I am just beside myself. Please help

Oh, and I should mention that if you are only seeing her twice a month.  Its going to be very difficult to change things.   Her mom is the one that needs to be posting here.

These are all symptoms of untreated ADHD.  If she is not already doing it, she will probably soon be self medicating.
The urination is typically because the ADHDer gets hyperfocused and waits until it is too late.  A set schedule of bathroom times can make a big difference.  There is a huge amount that you and her mom need to know.  Its hard really to know where to start.  But, this is a pretty good overall link to start with.   http://www.additudemag.com/resource-center/adhd-100-days.html?utm_source=eletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=April
And then if you go to the top of the page and click on Parenting ADHD Children you will find lots of useful information.  Hope this helps.  Best wishes.

Her mother said she was told she was years ago but nothing seems to have been done about it. She appears to have some sort of issues mentally going on and fits symptoms of ADHD

This is the ADHD forum.  Does she have ADHD ?  Is she on medication?
