ADHD carrie

i just went to new doctor that says she is not allowed to give adderall (adderrall) or ritalin its against their policy, my other doctor gave me ritalin but i stopped seeing him because i felt he was incompetent so now im screwed, im the poster child for ADHD and i need medication, she gave me effexor is that any help? ive been on paxil for years but it doesnt work any more so i asked for this caus ei read it can maybe help with adult ADHD bu tonly in conjunction with ADHD meds. I have no insurance and am limited. My pharmicist told me shes full of **** that a doctor can indeed prescribe that anywhere is they feel neccessary, so now im confused and pissed off someone help me i dont know what else to do. Im depressed angry and about to lose it.
