   It partially depends on your age.  People with ADHD do things very quickly (no filters) without thinking.  As the person gets older, they get more control (or they should be able to get more control).  Consequently, a younger person can strike out when angered before they have realized what they are doing.  However, there are other reasons why people are violent - drugs, bullies, low self esteem, the list goes on and on.
