Adderall side-effect?

I take adderall (10mg) for focus management. I have a couple side-effects that I don't really mind (dry mouth, loss of appetite, more outgoing/energy, weight loss) but I do have one strange one that I'm not too sure about.
I take my adderall after I eat a full breakfast, which is normally my only meal of the day (adderall dismisses my appetite). After about an hour of taking my medication, I have to go to the bathroom. I don't have an upset stomach, nausea, or anything like that, I just feel that pressure you get when you know you have to make a bowel movement. In this bowel movement, I have tons of undigested food in my stool. Like, the majority of it. It's gross and kind of weird, so I was wondering if this is a normal side effect or if I should worry about it?

strange i take adderal for ADD and major depression and i am very ralaxed on it, almost too relaxed. that's how i know the med. is working for my ADD. if you are all hyped up on the med. and speedy then you probably don't have ADD/ADHD and you should probably be re-evaluated by your doctor. good luck. god bless

By the way, you are probably suffering from malnutrition. You are playing a dangerous game. You should visit a different doctor about this situation.

Adderall is speed. You are speeded up. It is a very harmful drug. Lots of energy (drug energy, not the real thing) and little food. This does not sound like a healthy way to live. I would never put a child of mine on this, even if a hundred "doctors" advised it.
