Do I have ADD/ADHD?

I'm 15 years old. In school I get distracted very easily. In spanish we had to do 5 questions everyone took like 5 minutes it took me about 20. I find it hard to sit still and it feels uncomfertable to sit still. My feet are always bouncing and I'm always doing something. I'm always talking to other people and distracting them but I can't help it. It's hard to pay attention. Do I have ADD/ADHD or anything? Or am I just crazy?

I agree with Sandman it is good you go and speak to someone for input and help.

There are a lot of kids with ADHD so in that sense you are normal.  Having said that, if you do have ADHD and you are not getting help for it, then that's not normal.  Taking all the supplements in the world is not going to help you if you don't know what is happening to you.  Talk to your school counselor or your school psyc.  They do have experience in these things and can help you.

No you are not crazy!! you are a teen ager is all, and very normal, I have answered this in the thread 2 above  you posted to, but tell you again, go get a supplement , get a multiple Vitamin-mineral with antioxidants Vit B Complex and Vit C and some Fish oil, it has the same efficacy as Ritalin ,used for  ADHD... make sure that when you have free time you spend it with exercise so your body is relaxed when you are at work and studying, sitting all day doesnt help, makes you fidgety, Good luck
