Does bad memory or bad atention span have to do w/ add/adhd?

ok, so i have really bad memory, like if im suposed to be thinkig about somthing like, thinking of an idea for like anything.  i am like thinking then i realize like 1 or 2 minutes later that im just spacing off thinking about really random weird stuff.

I doubt if you have Add/Adhd  A lot of people let their minds wander its very normal, you dont say your age,but any age you can be distracted to another thought.I think we all do it.
