Hi, i am a mother of three kids, one of them has diabetes and my other son has ADHD, i can understand how frustrated your life can be with so many problems also your parents probably are worry about you. but PLEASE do not hate yourself, you are a beautiful person, there is always a solution ,even though you not see it yet. start working on your nutrition, it can improve your life very much, when my son eats junk food his Adhd gets out of control. You are an intelligent girl, look in the internet for special diets. also do try to exercise, do yoga and meditation , all these can do wonders for you.Be positive and take one day at the time. I will be praying for you.
i can totally relate except im 14, and i have no diagnosed problems but i still am really struggling to pass at school after months of hard studdying
Another thought. Can you imagine being "paying_it_forward" who has gone through 25 years of life not knowing why she was not having good days? I have seen lots of posts by adults who have gone through the same thing and only now were beginning to get help and get their lives together.
Yes, it ***** having what you have got. But, at least, its a known thing. Knowing that means that you have the power to do something about it. The power comes from information. What kind of help are you getting? What kind of info would you like? And does your school counselor (and for that matter, teacher) know how this affects you? Hope we can help!
Hey there...I'm 25 and only just found out i have ADHD...i also have anxiety and went through depression and some other bad things...But i can tell you it WILL get better...i promise you that
Have you talked to your parents about how you are feeling? That would be a very good idea. I don't have bipolar but i have a very close friend who does so i know how it can effect people but there is help for you...there are things out there that will help you feel better and talking to your parents is a very good first step!
Never give up hunny <3 we are all here for you too. Let us know how you go.
