Is There A Natural Supplement To help...

Hi;
I am an adult with ADHD... after 15 yrs & tring countless medications, I think my main issue is the lack of the neurotranmitter norepinephrine.. which has been identified as one of a few that affects adults with ADD/ADHD.

I've tried alot of meds, but they don't work... Naturally.. I havve co-morbid symptoms.. in my case depression...

I was taking Effexor XR, but my doctor put my on Pristiq becuase it works alittle better..

Since I don't have the money for a spec scan... I was wondering if there is any way I can tell whether or not a dopamine enhancing supplement would work...

To help lower my cholesterol, my doctor has me on Omega 3 supplements.. I also take DHA & resveratrol...

Is there anything else??

My therapist recommended Spirulina to me when I inquired about natural supplements. I take them along with my Adderall (adderrall) and it seems to be working to some degree. I would talk to your doctor and see if s/he has any other suggestions. Hope this helps.
