It can be present in your system for up to 36 hours. If you aren't prescribed, it will be a problem. Many things play a role in detection. Metabolism, diet,, hydration, exercise etc.

   As long as it is prescribed by the doctor.  It shouldn't be a problem.  But I would make sure that information is known before hand.
