My oldest daughter is 4 yrs old, every morning she gets up around 5:30am. Normally bedtime is at 8pm but we've been letting her stay up until 10pm in hopes of getting her to sleep in until around 7:30 or 8:00. Nothing we have tried works, we cutCuts and puncture wounds out all excess sugar (she is only allowed one cup of juice a day). She is getting sleep and appears rested, but my concern is for my other two children, she wakes them up with her. My 3 yr old daughter sometimes has circles under her eyes from lack of sleep. My youngest two take regularRegular insulin naps, but I worry. Is there a way to get her to sleep that I haven't tried.
