Out of Control 5yo

My son has been been struggling with "possible ADHD VS ODD" diagnosis for the past 3 yrs. He was has trouble with aggression, listening, and focus in pre-k and kind settings. He began Kind this fall and immediately began having trouble by being distractive,inattantive,and aggressive. He has been on Ricperdal .25mg for 1 1/2 yrs although we never thought the med worked for him with improvement. He finally changed to Focalin XR at the lowest dose on mid October. Things improved in the classroom but after a week, his behavior changed drastically at home. Defiant, aggressive, physical, out of control with rage for no apparent reason. This along with severe itchy extremities caused us to ask for a change after a month. The changed to Concerta at the lowest dose and dismissed the behavioral changes saying to try Risperdal also again in a week or two if no change. We saw no behavior change so we reintroduced the Risperdal and have noticed no change.

My son is scaring us to death. He acts psychotic and shows no sign of improvement. No matter what method we use for reinforcement, nothing makes the behavior go away. There is no pattern in time,food,sleep,anything.PLEASE help us as I want my son back. I want to stop the meds but fear the visits to principal and phone calls will begin again.
