Ritilan wears off to soon

Hi i'm 31 and diag with ADD 2 months ago. My doc put me on Adderall (adderrall) 10mg 3 times a day and was so wired that I couldn't concenrate or sleep but my short temper and impulsity was so much better. Went back to the doc 3 weeks later and he put me on Ritilan 10mg 3 times a day instead and I'm concentrating alot better and getting things done but it seems to last only 3 hrs. I go back to the doc next week to let him know how i'm doing on this med. Any suggest on a med that will last like Adderall (adderrall) but feel like Ritilan?
