Son is 5 years old and refuses to poop in the toilet/

My son is 5 years old and refuses to use it in the toilet. I've tried talking to him, punishing him, awards, everything. He just won't stop. He's in kindergarten. I get one or two phone calls a day saying "your son as had an accident". The school has come to the decision to drop him out of school. I am at my wits end on getting him to go. I can not just let him go until he makes the decision on his own, he shares a room with his younger brother.

Yea I would keep stock of whatever his absolutely favorite treat, candy, ice cream is and give it to him only when he uses the potty.
