same thing. I just started taking vyvase. and have developed hemoroids. suppossedly hemorroids are caused by too much sitting. but I have sat a lot not on vyvase and this has never happened before. someone should look into this. should I stop taking vyvase?
I have the exact same issue...I have not been able to locate any information online about it. I have had to limit my use of Vyvanse for this reason. It is definitly a side effect of taking this medication. I stop taking it and the symptoms also stop within a few days, the symptoms begin again within two or three days when i start taking the medication again regularly.
Any time you have blood in bowel movements it needs to be checked out by a doctor. If its coming from the hemorrhoids, that can be worked on. If its from something else, its deadly serious and something that needs to be dealt with immediately.
Except for the blood part, kind of sounds like you may be constipated. Increase your fluid intake, take stool softeners, add more fiber to your diet. Hope this helps :), but do check out where that blood is coming from.
