What is the best ADHD/ADD medicine out there?

I would like to know how 70mg Vyvanse compares mg wise to Adderall.  Adderall instant release didn't seem to help me, what is the best form of this medication to take, sustained or what is the other one besides instant release?  What is a MAO inhibitor --no one told me I couldn't mix--maybe that explains the dizziness.  Just read a post of a person on both Vyvanese and Adderall--my doctor said no to me.  What about Desoxyn?  What medicine works the best for ADD/ADHD coupled with narcolepsy????????????  Need ideas and what combinations you can suggest.

I found that going Homeopathic is better, don't have to worry about the side effects, & it helps the body balance itself out instead of "trying" to cover the symptoms. Best of luck to you on that. & Happy New Year!!!!

The only difference between the medication is the active ingredient. One medication may not work for another, which is true for any type of medication. Some stimulant medications can also cause seizures, which is why your doctor probably said no. I would work closely with a neurologist and psychiatrist to get your best results.
