Ive had ADD for a wile and I took AdderallAdderall Adderall xr(adderrall) for about two years and I dont have medical insurance to pay for it. Also I canttake any medication for a year because im going to be going into the Navy. The problem still exists. I still have ADD so how should i deal with this with out taking the needed medication
Love the tea link. A variety of teas and blends are increasingly being attributed to mitigating ADHD symptoms, especially distraction. I do not know if the Armed Forces screens for ADD/ADHD, I do know that the symptoms are not commensurate with the mindset required for discipline. Hope all goes well for you either way.

You also should talk with the navy doctors once you get in. You surely are not the only one in the Navy with ADD
