Our grandson was adopted when he was nearly 6 years old from dcfs. His sister was adopted at 22 months also from dcfs There is 4 years difference between them. They both have ADHD and attachment issues. Their adoptive parents had a rough marriage and divorced. The kids are now 14 and 10 and have gone too far in sexual exploration in the past 2 years or so. The boys father reported him, he has gone through and extensive evaluation and he has a court date. He shows no remorse but is not defiant and is well behaved in other areas of his life.My question is: could it be possible that this boy is a victim of circumstances with no intent to harm?
