help us please!!!

I am afraid my son will have long-term effects or even fatal effects through the treatment for his ADHD by the psychiatrist,pediatrician, the school, and his dad. He is taking Vyyanase 50mg daily (his dad wants it increased to 70mg). He just turned 7 yrs old. He was wearing size 9-10 clothes and has now gone down to a 5-6. He has insomia, looks pale,acts catatonic, and has a fast and irregular heart rate when he is asleep. He complains that his hands cramp, his ears burn and become flushed at the end of the day. He has told me and the school counsler that he wants to die. He has asked me if there was an injection that he can take so he can die. He tells me that his dad is the devil and his dad is making him not be a real person. He awakes from sleep confused,disoriented, and frightened and it is difficult to re-orient him. I have felt his heart racing and irregular when I held him trying to put him back to bed. He is constantly "snorting or coughing" since starting this medication. The school gives him rewards if he can "control" or stop this behaviour. I am afraid for my son who has been living with his dad and gets spankings for his behaviour and support from the school and medical proffesion. I have voiced my concerns and asked about diet or possible test to rule out physical disorders but noone will listen to me or my 7 yr old son. Instead they want to increase medication and discipline him. What are my options? I have run out of funds to hire an attorney. There is a decree that will not allow me to take him to a therapist or consult other proffessionals unless his dad agrees.  His dad will not agree to anything and controls everything. I feel like my child is crying out for help and everyone just ignores him. HELP US PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!

Screw his father.
If he does not respond to your complaints, go to the pediatrician that ordered the medication and tell him all the symptoms and you want the medicaine stopped or changed. If he states he will have to get those direct orders from your son's father,
fine, ask for him to put that in writing (this will scared the **** out of him and he'll take you seriously). If does or doesn't .......

Go to child protective services in your state and tell them the situation and show them the letter from the doctor staing he WILL NOT change the medication order.

You won't need a lawyer. Your son's father and the doctor  will !
