i took 540mgs of concerta in a night what long term effects m ight it have?
i hallucinated, had numbing in all my body, tripped reaally bad for the first couple hours and my chest hurts, cant sleep cant focus am constantly irritated making me feel like i burnt my brain should i see a doctor?

Well, by now you should have answered your own question.
Sorry, I did not see this post till now.
Fortunately, it will all pass through your system. After about 3 days if you are still noticing the effects, then I would be worried.
In terms of seeing a doctor - you might want to examine why you decided to over dose and a good psyc would be helpful for that.
