my son age 7 with adha

i took my son to the doctors relating his behaviour all the signs of adhd hes very hperative cant sit still figits hes on a behaviour book at school so i can keep tabs on his behaviour. he talks all the time even to him self in bed asleep he sleep walks poohs in his pants because he doesnt like taking the time out to sit on the loo ect. the doctors sending me to a specialist.
not sure if i wan thim on medication does any one know any herbal medicine that might help him

      First of all, the medication issue is secondary to you getting information about ADHD.  There are many things that you can do for him that don't involve medication (and they all should be tried), but first you need to know what is going on with him, and then if it is ADHD - you need to know how to work with it at home and at school.
     Of all the resources I recommend on this forum, the best I have found in this situation is a book, "The ADD/ ADHD Answer book," by Susan Ashley.   I highly recommend that you get it.  It will cover almost all of your questions.  You can order it via Amazon and it is fairly cheap.

    You also want to make sure he is getting a good nights sleep.  Kids that don't sleep well (due to throat issues or ADHD) exhibit much worse symptoms during the day.
