please help!!!Misdiagnosis of ADD using Adderall(adderrall) and Xanax mix

I find myself taking my gastro med(regalen) and my 2mg bar at @ 7AM the about 12 I take 40mg, which at times causes me to focus on one on one by myself,not with my babies in fact its caused me to be very very short with my 2 year old and snapping in rage, having to leave the house.....i just want to be the loving caring mother and wife that i was with the concentration the doctor promised to go toward what is really important, my family. Like I said RAGE, causes me to act mean and say things I dont mean, please any advise would be greatly appriciated..... Thank you for reading this and please be bluntly honest, its sooooo hard to trust any doctor now a days!!!  Sincerely, ericahevaun..... O and does my stomach med have an impact on my xanax and adderall (adderrall) absorbtion?

   Ok, rage is not gooood!  The first question is have you recently started one of the meds?  That should be the one you first look at.
    However, in checking out Regalen - there are two kinds.  One is a prescription medication and should not be a problem.  The other is a product by the"Energy Company" which lists "transient aggravation" as a problem.  If you are taking this over-the -counter herbal med.  I would stop it immediately.  There are better choices out there.
    If you are taking the prescription med, then either your dose of Adderall (adderrall) is not high enough or you don't have AD/HD and are feeling the effects of a stimulant med (although, I think you would have figured that out by now).
    Point being you really do need to talk to your doctor.  Docs will start a person out on the lowest dose and wait for their response to that.  You do need to let him know what is going on.
