right middle finger get numb and turns white from half way to tip like it is not getting blood . It happened 3 times in about 3 months and stays numb for about 15 to 20 minutes . Does this happen from having to much salt?
Kind of the wrong forum for that question. I have heard of that condition. I know smokers get it. There is actually a name for the condition - sorry don't know what it is. Pretty sure salt is not the problem, however salt can cause a lot of other problems and you should restrict it as much as possible.
I do wonder why the sudden onset. Its probably worth exploring with your doctor.
Note: I just googled "finger turns white". Lots of posts. you might explore this one.
