signs of adult ADHD?

Well im already positive I have depression and anxiety.... but could it be caused or coincide with ADHD. Ive never had problems paying attention in school ... home life was very distracting. .. but school I am very attentive.

My problems that make me think I could have adult adhd are these:

-easily overwhelmed by everyday tasks to the point of zoning out and putting it off

-i have a need for everything to be perfect and I try to plan so far ahead that everything seems impossible

-when trying to get things done I feel like there is constantly road blocks,  always things stopping me and I lose determination (ex. One goal will seem to have a million reasons that lead to reasons {legitimate reasons too} that keep me from completing them.

-im mostly in my head

-my mind never seems to stop

-i can't seem to finish anything I start (big tasks, not things like cooking cleaning or everyday household things although those things probably take me longer than the average person because I always seem to have more things to do)

There is probably more but you get the idea... ADHD or not?

Anxiety and depression are very common co-disorders of ADHD.   And, many times caused by the ADHD.
Your symptoms at home are certainly consistent with ADHD or ADD.  But, you should also had problems at school.  But, in school, how far did you get and what was your GPA.   I have seen many adult posts where they were intelligent enough to get through high school, but had a lot more problems in college.  I have also had kids in the classroom who were B students and on medication instantly became A students because they could concentrate through a test.  All too often, it is accepted for a girl to get B's when she should be getting A's.     So question is - were you an A student in high school and college?
