Personally?  I would let her know she's mad!  I would then tell her she can feel free to waste her days doing that - but I had no desire to.  And good luck finding a daycare who would do it!

However, some people do try to toilet train at this age - and some are successful.  If you want to deal with a schedule like that, go for it.  But, when a baby can't even get themselves to the bathroom, this kind of potty training can be very difficult for a care provider.  It's a much better way to potty train when there is a stay-at-home parent - but it's a quite demanding task to put on someone else.  Perhaps the two of you can work on some kind of compromise?

are you kidding? its impossible to train 10month old little girl, my daughter is also 10 months now but she is so small to tech how can she think also.

I found that girls train easily at 18 months. In the first place you cannot teach them to use the potty chair if they cannot walk to it. If you keep seating them until they perform for you, that is not training, because it is not voluntary.

Tell you daughter that you will not cooperate. That it is unreasonable and unkind. All this child will learn to do is fail.

I showed her her chair and explained that that was for her. I removed her panties from that moment (an obstacle for tots who can't wait) and made sure that when we went to another room (she always followed me) I brought the potty chair with us. I never scolded, never praised, and never rewarded. Because - this is what ladies do. There was never an emotional problem. My eldest girl turned out to be really remarkable. From the first day she never again soiled herself. I found that my son was not ready at 18 months. He trained at two years.
