Hello,
vulnerable child syndrome is not a disorder recognized by the American Psychiatric Association, the organization that produces the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual that psychiatrists, psychologists and physicians use to diagnose mental health disorders. Sometimes people in the media start using new phrases to describe children's problems, but I have not heard of this one. Do you want to be more specific about what your child is experiencing?
