I'm a 26 year old male, and for the past few months i been having twitching all over my body but espically my feet. I also have numbess and pain in my right upper thigh. Mostley when i sitting down in certain postions. it goes numb and strats tingling alot.. There isnt any weakness but I don't know if I'm just worrying to much. I'm to scraed to go to the docter so I'm trying to get some help here. Is this AlS or MS?
