Any suggestions

I am 33 years old, about a year and a half ago in january of 12 I started having a lot of headaches on and off for about 3 weeks, that went away then in march of 12 I had a spot in my nose that would bleed. I was worried about this, all turned out ok, but around that time I noticed some muscle twitching in my leg, which quickly went to body-wide, about a month after that I noticed it was also in my tongue. I felt as though I had speech issues and such. Went to a neurologist who did a clinical exam, which was normal, I did get emgs done, one on right leg and arm, another on left leg, arm and under chin, all normal. Things seem to get better after als not seen, for about 6 months it was pretty good, then in December 12 after I worked out pretty hard on the treadmill, things stated to crop up again. Symptoms like feeling it hard with speech, heavy tongue, tongue fasciculations ect. Things seem to wax and wane, then in march this year I went in a saw my neurologist who did a clinical exam and it was normal. After that it got a bit better, then in July I had a Nasty migrane and it got way worse again. So a few weeks after that I decided to get a second opinion. This dr did the exam which was normal, saw the fasciculations on my tongue, was a bit concerned about that, did some blood work like ck which was 53 up a bit from last year at 42. All the rest of my blood was normal. Head mri normal, he did do an emg of my right arm and leg, left arm, all the way up my spine, base of my neck, right in the tongue and next to my nose, all normal. Now my concern here my tongue fasciculations, my tongue feels and looks odd, I feel. Have to hold my tongue a certain way in order to speak right. Chewing feels odd, and my left hand feels clumsy like my fine motor skills are off. I'm scared to death of als or any mnd. I worry there is something going on thy just can't see. Please any input would be great!! I do have gerd, hiatus hernia, pcos, and hashimoto thyroid.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
If there is a fear of ALS because of fasciculations, hold the tongue against cheek and ask someone to apply pressure on the cheek. If you do not have an upper motor neuron disease you will be able to hold the tongue against the cheek despite the resistance given. You can do this test with your doctor too. Severe vitamin B12, vitamin D and electrolyte deficiency too could be the cause. I know you had normal blood works but did they include these tests? Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!
